Solution 1: Manual Control via Excel Export

PassPass offers native mobile apps available on smartphones and tablets via the stores:

Validator Configuration

Add Members to the Validation Team

1. Access Team Management

   • From your event dashboard, click on "My Team"

   • This section lists all members with access to your event

2. Invite a Validator

   • Click on "Add Member"

   • Enter the person's email address

   • Select the "Validator" role from the dropdown menu

3. Invitation Process

   • The invited person will automatically receive an invitation email

   • They must click on "Accept Invitation"

   • If they do not yet have a PassPass account, they will be guided to create one

   • Once the account is created, they will have access to the event with validation permissions

Validator Login to the App

1. Download and Login

   • The validator downloads the PassPass Organizer app

   • They log in with the same credentials as their PassPass web account

   • The app automatically syncs their event access
