PassPass allows you to add collaborators at two different levels according to your needs:
Organization Level: Members added at this level have access to all existing and future events of your organization
Event Level: Members added at this level only have access to a specific event
This flexibility allows you to tailor permissions according to each collaborator's role, whether they are a permanent partner or a temporary partner for a one-time event.
Add a Member at the Organization Level
To add a member to your organization (global access to all events):
Access your PassPass dashboard
Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page
Select the option to add a member
Select the appropriate role from:
Event Manager: Can create and modify events
Administrator: Can manage organization and event settings
Super Administrator: Has all rights, including managing administrators
When adding a member, they will receive an invitation email to join your organization:
If the person already has a PassPass account, they will simply need to log in
If the person does not have an account yet, they will be invited to create one and will be automatically added to your organization based on the email you provided
Add a Member at the Event Level
To add a member to a specific event only:
Access the dashboard of the relevant event
Select the "My Team" tab in the left sidebar menu.
Click on "Add a member"
Enter the person's email address
Select the role specific to the event:
Validator: Responsible for ticket scanning, without access to financial or sensitive data
Event Manager: Can modify the event
Administrator: Can modify the event and manage members
Depending on the roles, you can define access to “the ticket scanning application” which allows validating event entries.
As with adding at the organization level, an invitation email will be sent to the new member. The login or account creation process follows the same rules.
